For most executive searches, we deliver a vetted shortlist within 7 days of brief sign-off. Time-to-offer typically lands between 6 and 10 weeks.

How is ArgusRecruit different from a contingent recruiter?

Our engagements are retained and senior-led. We work a small number of mandates at a time and only present candidates we would personally vouch for.

How do you handle confidentiality?

Every search runs under a confidentiality protocol agreed before kickoff. We never disclose your name in outreach without explicit permission.

What happens if a hire does not work out?

Every placement is backed by a replacement guarantee window. If the hire leaves within that window for any non-redundancy reason, we re-run the search at no additional fee.
