ArgusRecruit recruited on behalf of an international software company. The client sought a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end product experience and partner closely with engineering and product leadership.
The role was based on-site in Yerevan, Armenia. This position has been filled and is no longer accepting applications.
Responsibilities
- Own the product design lifecycle from research through delivery
- Build and maintain a scalable design system
- Partner with engineering on design quality and feasibility
- Run user research and turn insights into product decisions
- Mentor mid-level designers and raise design standards
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience at SaaS or B2B companies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking
- Mastery of Figma and modern design system tooling
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
